These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Starlight Reservations platform operated by Starlight Reservations Systems LLC ("Starlight Reservations," "we," "us," or "our"), including the website at starlightreservations.com and the application at app.starlightreservations.com. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Starlight Reservations is a reservation and property management platform for campgrounds and RV parks. The platform enables:
Starlight Reservations acts as a technology platform connecting guests with campground operators. We are not a campground operator, travel agent, or hospitality provider. Each campground property sets its own rates, policies, availability, and rules.
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information.
Operator accounts require multi-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials or bypass authentication mechanisms.
When you make a reservation through the platform, you enter into a direct agreement with the campground operator. Starlight Reservations facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the reservation agreement between you and the operator.
Pricing: All rates are set by the campground operator. Prices displayed include the nightly rate for the selected site and dates. Taxes and fees (including any platform convenience fee) are displayed before you confirm payment.
Payments: Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize the charges associated with your reservation, including any applicable deposits, balances, and fees as disclosed at checkout.
Cancellations and refunds: Cancellation and refund policies are set by each campground operator and are displayed during the booking process. Refund eligibility and amounts are determined by the applicable cancellation policy at the time of your reservation.
By providing your mobile phone number during the reservation process, you consent to receiving transactional SMS messages related to your reservations. These messages include confirmations, reminders, payment notifications, access codes, and communications from park operators.
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may opt back in by replying START. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity.

The platform includes AI-powered features such as booking assistance, guest concierge, and operator tools. AI features are provided as aids and do not replace human judgment. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or complete.
AI services operate within defined constraints: they cannot override operator-set pricing, bypass payment requirements, or modify reservation state without going through the platform's deterministic booking engine. All AI-initiated actions are logged and auditable.

The Starlight Reservations platform, including its software, design, content, and branding, is owned by Starlight Reservations Systems LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starlight Reservations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Starlight Reservations in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starlight Reservations Systems LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Disputes regarding reservations, campground conditions, refunds, or other matters between guests and campground operators are between those parties. Starlight Reservations may facilitate communication but is not responsible for resolving disputes. We encourage guests and operators to communicate directly through the platform's messaging tools.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
